My mum got this lovely wool dress for Christmas, but luckily for me, it didn’t fit her so I got it! It’s my boyfriend’s favourite colour and I always feel I suit deep shades more than lighter colours, probably because I’m so pale myself. The tights are just divine, there’s nothing quite as comforting as some really thick well made tights on a cold day - I got a pair for Christmas but Mum got the size wrong. When I returned them, the sale was on and they were half price, so I exchanged them for two pairs instead. I got the HP necklace in a boutique in Edinburgh, I’ve wanted a DH symbol for ages so I was glad to spot this one. I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and got some good presents!

I’m in my beautiful Edinburgh for Christmas! SO happy to be back and taking my boyfriend to all my favourite places. I got this amazing dinosaur jumper from the children’s section in Fat Face  - it’s for a boy aged 10-11 - and I couldn’t resist trying it on. When I found it fitted perfectly, there was no excuse and it’s one of my favourite things ever. A super cosy twist on Enid Coleslaw’s raptor and green tartan skirt, when paired with this orange and blue wool skirt I’ve had for ages (I’m sure it’s been posted before many times).

Also new are these fab Chelsea boots - picked up yesterday in a charity shop for £5 - and the spotty rucksack as my Eastpak and denim rucksack that I use the most are falling to pieces. It can be carried like a handbag too, and was £9.80 which is about a third of what the current Accessorize rucksacks are retailing at right now.

A cozy outfit for a freezing day. This gorgeous 80s velvet sweater is another inherited gem, which I’ve paired with the monochrome paisley print of my skater skirt. I bought these fleecy boots recently to get me through the winter and they go with so many outfits, are a nice change from DMs and they’re really snug too.
